You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use.

Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information in listings. You must not list illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items. No listing abuse such as listing the same item in multiple categories that are not related. No listing an item multiple times to flood the listing page. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion or ban repeat abusers without membership refund or compensation.

We charge fees for listing services. All fees will be disclosed in advance. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and is subject to their terms.

Payments and Platform Responsibility

Salesdig.com is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do **not process, hold, or transfer any funds** between users. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and the seller using third-party services or offline arrangements.

Sellers may connect third-party payment processors such as **Stripe** to accept credit or debit card payments. In such cases, all funds are received directly by the seller via their Stripe account. Salesdig.com does not control, store, or access these funds at any point.

For **cash payments**, buyers and sellers are solely responsible for arranging payment and delivery. We provide the ability to place an item on hold pending cash payment, but we do not facilitate the transaction or act as an intermediary.

We do **not offer escrow, dispute resolution, refunds, or chargeback services**. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying transactions and resolving any disputes independently.

By using this platform, you agree that:
- Salesdig.com is **not a broker, payment processor, financial institution, or escrow agent**;
- Salesdig.com assumes **no responsibility or liability** for payments made between users;
- You are solely responsible for **any applicable taxes, reporting requirements, or regulatory obligations** arising from your use of the platform.

If you use Stripe or any third-party payment service, you are also bound by their terms of service and compliance requirements.

Salesdig.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute resulting from failed payments, fraudulent transactions, or unfulfilled orders between users.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. Do not post false, misleading, inappropriate content, interfere with the site’s functionality, or abuse other users.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Site. Site content and branding are our property or that of our licensors.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that items listed are authentic, safe, or meet buyer expectations.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms without refund of membership fees.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of State of Oklahoma.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
